RETURN POLICY

Our Hats are manufactured with quality focused on detail, with customer satisfaction as our main priority. If due to some unforeseen event, you are not 100% satisfied with your product, you can request a product return in the following cases :

Damage: In the event that the product arrives damaged, we will cover the shipping costs and will resend your new product within 3-5 business days after we receive the damaged product.

Size change: If the size was not as expected, shipping costs are covered by the customer and your new product will be resend within 3-5 business days after we have received the returned product.

*The sizes are only a measurement reference, which may vary slightly depending on the type of style and the shape of each person's head.

*Our felt hat sizes could come reduced in size compared to other brands, given the thickness of our authentic leather sweatband. Consequently, for felt hats we recommend ordering one size bigger compared to your straw hat regular size.

Additionally, it must meet the following conditions :

  • A return may be requested as long as it is within the period of 14 days after delivery.
  • It must be unused and have all original labels attached.
  • The product must have been purchased at westpointhats.com
  • The product must be packaged and shipped as it was received.
